Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Mythic Relationships website and mobile app. They're written to be plain and honest. By using our services, you agree to them.

01Acceptance of these Terms

By visiting mythicrm.com, contacting us, or using the Mythic Relationships app (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

02About Mythic Ventures

Mythic Ventures is an independent development studio based in Carmel, Indiana. We design and publish thoughtful AI-powered lifestyle applications. Mythic Relationships, our first product, is a personal relationship-management app that helps you keep up with the people who matter to you. References to "we," "us," or "our" mean Mythic Ventures.

03Eligibility

To use the Service you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

04Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity that happens under your account. You can sign in with email and password, Google, or Sign in with Apple. You can delete your account and its associated data at any time from within the app. If you contact us by email, you give us permission to reply to your message.

05Your content

You retain ownership of the content you put into Mythic Relationships — including your contacts, notes, reminders, important dates, gift ideas, photos, and your conversations with the in-app AI assistant. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, sync, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you (including syncing across your devices, reminders, and the AI features you choose to use). We do not sell your content, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

06Contacts and other people's data

Mythic Relationships lets you store information about other people, and — if you grant permission — import and sync contacts from your device's address book. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store and process that information, and for complying with applicable privacy laws. You agree to add only contact information you are permitted to use. With respect to that information about others, you act as the controller and we process it on your behalf.

07AI features

Mythic Relationships includes AI-powered features such as chat with an in-app assistant, call, text, and email suggestions, contact summaries and recaps, gift ideas, and automatic analysis of your notes. These are produced by automated models and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are provided for convenience only and are not professional, legal, financial, or relationship advice — use your own judgment before acting on them.

The AI features work by sending the relevant content to third-party AI providers — currently including OpenAI, Google, and ElevenLabs — that process it on our behalf to generate the result. We do not use your content for advertising or to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for more on how these providers handle data.

09Intellectual property

The Service — including its software, visual design, text, graphics, and the "Mythic Ventures" and "Mythic Relationships" names and marks — belongs to Mythic Ventures or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service as intended. These Terms grant you no rights in our trademarks or software beyond that. Your own content remains yours, as described in "Your content" above.

10Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, and features may change over time. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of important information.

11Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mythic Ventures and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

12Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account, along with its associated data, at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service, and where practical we will give notice. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive.

13Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Indiana, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

14Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and where required we'll notify you in the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
